Özgür B., one of the powerful voices of the developing Turkish-language rap music, has been working on his first solo album, "Karahilal EP," since April 2005. Neşe Demirkat, who has worked with over 50 artists over the years, including İbrahim Tatlıses, Ebru Gündeş, Kayahan, Sibel Can, Ajda Pekkan, Gülben Ergen, Serdar Ortaç, Muazzez Ersoy, Çelik, İzel, and many others who have achieved "Star" status both commercially and artistically, and who has released numerous successful albums, is releasing her 3rd hip-hop project, Karahilal EP, very soon, following her Cartel and Karakan projects.

Özgür B. (Karahilal), one of the successful names in the recently developing Turkish Hip Hop scene, is preparing to meet his listeners with his first official album, Karahilal EP, in the coming days. Having spent the best years of his life immersed in the culture he encountered at a young age, Özgür Bayraktar, who has been working professionally since April 2005, will be taking a big step into the music market with Karahilal EP.

The album's producer is Burçin Direnci, who has previously worked on many musical projects. Among those who provided the greatest support to Özgür B. during the album process were Sezen Aksu, the "Little Sparrow" of Turkish Music, as well as the famous musician Mansur Ark, who supported the young musician with the song "Nazar," which Özgür B. embellished with rap vocals. The veteran of the silver screen, Erkan Can, also appears on the Karahilal EP with a special skit.

The use of many live instruments during the production of the Karahilal EP adds a unique atmosphere to the album. One of the most important features of the album is that it brings together talented musicians and successful rappers from Turkey. Sirhot, a well-established name in Turkish-language rap music, returns to his listeners with a rap album for the first time after a long break. Another important feature of the album, which is expected to reach large audiences in Turkey, is that it covers many themes. It's possible to find both harsh criticisms of popular music (pop music) and funky rhymes.

The album's lead single, "It's Özgür B. 3D," features a video clip designed as a graphic animation and will be broadcast on all national and music channels alongside the album. The video was directed by Barış Bayraktar, who gained fame with the film "Snow White 2," and the graphic designer is Cem Başak.
Karahilal Ep seems to be the perfect solution for those who want to break away from the established norms of the past, and for those who can't.
