My name is Abdurrahman Ince, I was born on January 15, 1967 in Yenice/Aydın. I finished primary school in Türkiye and came to Germany at the age of 12.

2. When did you start rapping?

-I started rapping in 1992-93 with Cinai-Sebeke.

3. There's something everyone wants to know. Despite the success of Cartel 1, haven't you ever considered Cartel 2?

-Of course we thought about it! Naturally, Solos came first. Then there would be CARTEL II. In fact, two came out: Maffay and Cartel.

4. Karakan and Erci e released a solo album. Why didn't the criminal network remove it?

-Our production wasn't ready at that time.

5. Why did you leave Cinai Network?

-The reason I left in 1997 was because my musical style and theirs didn't match. I wanted to make melodic West Coast music, while they wanted New York-style (East Coast), and that's why I left the group!

6. We know that a project called "No One Says No to Drugs" has started. Could you explain this project a little more?

-Özcan, that's a great question! – This project we've started will be released every year through my company, EFELER ENTERTAINMENT, with Turkish rap groups, no matter where in the world they are located.

7. When will it be released?

-Everyone is currently working on their final projects (SOUND, RECORDING, MIX). Release this year.

8. Who will participate in this project and will they be able to meet the Cartel quality standards?

– SWITZERLAND: ARTICLE, MC ORHAN
– NETHERLANDS: LYRICAL ASSASSINS
– Türkiye: STATIC, PUNISHMENT, (ex HATE), MC LAW
– GERMANY: NO REMORZE, 2NESIL, MURAT STRESS, H-RUN, 5KARIS, IN-T-COME, INCEEFE

9. Are you thinking of giving a concert?

-Of course, there will be concerts after the CD comes out. We'll let you know when it starts.

10. In Türkiye, no other rap group besides Cartel has been as successful. Why do you think that is?

– In my opinion, success requires a little more thought. Also know this: A tree cannot bear fruit if it has no roots. What I mean is, culture and past experiences (where and what kind of life you lived) cannot convey the plight of someone who hasn't experienced suffering and is crying out for help.
Also: The producer's (record company owner's) advertising vision and the potential of the groups need to come together; only then can success be achieved.

11. The criminal network was using quite harsh language. Will Inceefe continue on the same path?

-Honestly, it depends on the pieces I'm going to make. My pieces are more about UNITY, BROTHERHOOD, and FRIENDSHIP – they speak from the street life. Not just any random thing (REAL!).

12. It was rumored that Cinai Sebeke was doing Spanish-language rap and that the group's name had changed. Is this true?

– Honestly, ask them that question. I have no information on this matter.

13. Silahsiz Kuvvet said in an interview that Cartel doesn't make Turkish rap music. What do you want to say about that?

-ASSASSINATION, Özcan, you answered this question very, very well in German on your own website. I have a request: Could you also translate it into Turkish? Maybe then this thug will understand. (Exactly like this)

14. They said a criminal network would compose the music for the movie Kanak Attak. Was this true, and if so, why did you abandon the project?

– I don't know anything about this. SORRY
